It's been a month since creation and this is still little more than a blank placeholder page. Is anyone planning to write this?

The creator of the article did a good job on Food waste in the United Kingdom and I was hoping would carry on with this one. I will notify the editor. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 21:52, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
