Notability and sources
[edit]As a parliamentary act of a great common-law nation, this subject is notable.

Also be aware that the previous act of 1976 has a lot of commonality with the repealing act.

The Norwegian gvt and Embassy in India impose working with ngo's that have an FCA approval
[edit]e.g. precised in the documents of the https://www.norway.no/en/india/norway-india/news-and-events/new-delhi/news/call-for-proposals-womens-rights-and-gender-equality/ I've witnessed an ngo saying no to someone who was trying to ask for a 20.000 Rupee commission to bring this call to their attention and linking them up or a request to be remunerated 3 x the daily fee approved by the FCA auditors and Directorate General of Education Erasmus+ manual for ngo workers. Apparently every Rupee has to be accounted for and it is impossible to take out of the ngo account 20.000 Rupee to someone for a finders fee: it would meen taking money that was received for a project = stealing it and giving it to the person and that's impossible. Also paying 3x a normal daily fee would be noted immediately by the auditor and result in penalties.--SvenAERTS (talk) 13:05, 13 May 2018 (UTC)
