Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (I just started the article, so it is absolutely impossible to say whether the article is helpful or not. He was inter alia the mayor of Cologne ) --Buchbibliothek (talk) 20:44, 4 August 2016 (UTC) There is a list of the mayors of Cologne, some are blue and some are read, like Günter Riesen.
