External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on GRTC Pulse. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/web/20141012003806/http://www.ridegrtc.com:80/brt/brt-now to http://www.ridegrtc.com/brt/brt-now/
When you have finished reviewing my changes, you may follow the instructions on the template below to fix any issues with the URLs.

Incidents
[edit]I am proposing to remove the "Incidents" section, but I am putting it on Talk first to solicit opinions. It is not typical to include isolated incidents on transportation pages in Virginia or elsewhere. For instance, the pages List of Interstate Highways in Virginia or Transportation in Virginia do not include the thousands of automotive traffic deaths (they probably should) to say nothing of accidents. Many of the "incidents" listed here could just as easily be listed under those pages, since they were caused by cars, not by the GRTC / Pulse system. A section on isolated incidents could be replaced by a section addressing "safety" or even "criticism," but it would need to be written carefully with comparisons to automobile transit. As it stands this section is terribly misleading given that public transit is far safer than the alternative (automobile use). (I am proposing to the eliminate the incidents section in the Pulse article as well).
