The major contributors to this article are socks of a user who has been blocked on multiple projects for spamming. Girth Summit (blether) 09:14, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As per BLP, a biography of a living person on Wikipedia should follow the NPOV. The old contraversies were properly kept in the contraversies section, particularly with reference to the FTC issue, and should be removed from the lead page. It's a request.Pkap1100 (talk) 04:58, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

To the contrary, per WP:CSECTION, the practice now on Wikipedia is to avoid 'controversies' sections entirely, and instead to incorporate content on any controversy into the relevant parts of an article. And given that a significant proportion of legitimate coverage of Srinubabu revolves around issues concerning the journals, the subsequent 50 million dollar fine etc, it would be a gross violation of WP:NPOV policy not to discuss this in the lede at all.
The article as it stands is still in need of improvement, if it is to follow best practice for biographies. This would no doubt have been easier were it not for the relentless puffery, sockpuppetry and attempted whitewashing that has blighted it so far. AndyTheGrump, I don't imagine that you will be knocked off your feet with surprise to learn that this is another sock of said user. Girth Summit (blether) 10:59, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Have we figured out yet whether Socky McSockface is being paid to be this stupid, or is doing it for free? AndyTheGrump (talk) 13:02, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest that ", and Doctorate at Stanford University" be removed from the alma mater section of the infobox; I have never seen a post-doc (it is a post-doc, and not a doctorate!) count as someone's alma mater within or outside Wikipedia. Kolekant (talk) 22:43, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I moved it to education and changed it to post-doc fellowship. Rainsage (talk) 10:24, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
