Questionable content[edit]

The linage of the desendants in this article i questionable. A quick browse at internet shows several different suggestions. The remaining direct lineal descendants of Martin Luther are descended through Margaretha and George von Kunheim:

Anna (1565- ? ), married Wolfert Cristoffer von Gauchen and had issue:
- Dorothea von Gauchen, married Gervert Bugenhagen (died 1636) and had issue:
  - Anna Margareta Bugenhagen (died 1692), married Joakim Wittfoot (1620 - 2 September 1677 ) and had issue:
    - Gustaf Wittfoot (born 1656?)
    - Adolf Johannes Wittfoot (1660 - 1708), married Anna Katarina Torloff (died 8 February 1734) and had issue:
      - Carl Gustav Wittfoot (1701 - 1736), married Katarina Fridalin (28 August 1691) - 13 June 1762)and had issue:
        Maria Charlotta Wittfoot (born 1734), married Jonas Nils Westbeck (27 March 1728 - 24 November 1809) and had six children.
    - Gevert Wittfoot (born 1664)
