[edit]Hello! Link [8] appears to be broken. I searched for its replacement, however I realized that the government financed 2009 Environmental Study Report (later cited) implies, in itself, that there is interest from GO. However, there is no hint in the study that I could find saying that service coud "start as early as 2011". Would it be appropriate to remove that 2011 speculation and link that earlier statement's citation to to the 2009 study? Thanks in advance for the feedback! Rååån (talk) 00:56, 25 July 2010 (UTC)
