Ahafo Regional Capital Announcement

Being part of the just created Ahafo Region Goaso is in anticipation with its counterparts as Bechem, Duayaw Nkwanta and Kenyasi to be name as the Capital of the region. The announcement which will be made by President Akufo Addo on the 13th of February 2019 at 3:00pm is what everyone is looking forward to hear.

The town can boast of a very rich vegetation cover with a lot of forest sorrounding it. Food crops are in abundance and it is one of the food baskets of Ghana.
