Gordy (disambiguation)Gordy — Given the number of uses it is best that this page is the prim dab page. -- Alan Liefting (talk) - 09:19, 22 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

– The film was not particularly successful and is not the primary topic. When I type "Gordy" or "Gordie", this isn't what I expect to see. Berry Gordy or Gordie Howe, for example are much better known in many circles. Clarityfiend (talk) 11:32, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. Gordie already redirects to the dab page, so that's a red herring. The success of the film itself is irrelevant, but its article gets over 2500 pageviews per month[1]. Pageview analysis shows that in fact fewer than 3.5% of the readers landing on "Gordy" click through to the dab page[2], indicating the current set up works well for the overwhelming majority. • Oppose, I can't say anything else on the DAB page could potentially occupy plain "Gordy", and it is the most prominent in a plain search too. Nohomersryan (talk) 21:38, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
