Hi all. I want to begin by saying I have no interest in this topic whatsoever, and I have no agenda as to the content and no interest in editing it myself. I placed the tags only because none of the sources currently in the article use the term "Bosnian irredentism". As such, the current text of the article is an original synthesis. Per WP:No original research, please add sources that actually use the term "Bosnian irredentism" to improve the article, and avoid using sources that do not use this term. Preferably these sources should discuss the topic directly and in detail per WP:Verifiability. Thank you.4meter4 (talk) 02:41, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
They do not use the exact term, but they do discuss the concept of enlarging Bosnia and Herzegovina's borders. This article has a descriptive title, not a proper, well-established, standard one. It doesn't mean that if sources do not specifically mention the words "Bosnian irredentism", they do not cover the topic. A similar article with actual an actual proper names is Megali Idea; a similar one with a descriptive title all of the sources of which probably do not explicitly mention the title is American nationalism. @Super Dromaeosaurus that is not correct. Wikipedia's policy does require that sources use the term of the article title directly and in detail, or the topic is not-notable per WP:NEO. Either way, if the article isn't updated in the next month with proper sourcing and the original synthesis isn't removed, I am taking it back to AFD for deletion per WP:NEO/WP:OR.4meter4 (talk) 16:15, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia's policy does require that sources use the term of the article title directly and in detail where? What policy says this? And if you wish to open another AfD on the false notion that this is a neologism, I am afraid it will not be successful. Anyway, if you wish for exact mention of terms, all of the cited sources mention "Greater Bosnia" [1][2][3]. SuperΨDro16:56, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Then move the article to “Greater Bosnia” if that is the topic. We still need sources that use the term “Bosnia irredentism” to house the article under this title.4meter4 (talk) 17:04, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Super Dromaeosaurus. I think that was a good decision. It should help prove notability more concretely if it is ever renominated at AFD for a few reasons. For one, some commenters felt it was a content fork of Bosniak nationalism, and it’s now clearly a different topic. And two, the sources do use the term, so that should allay concerns over original research. Best.4meter4 (talk) 17:34, 11 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Why was this (previously deleted) fake article resurrected?!
Oh please leave it, I love a good laugh! I've just forwarded it to several lists for everyone's enjoyment. lol Yreuq (talk) 15:54, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
