Propose merge to Time portal

[edit]

I propose that the article be merged to Time portal, including the image which is notable, and mention of the two episodes and the miniseries but not the books. - Fayenatic (talk) 12:05, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Disagree - why consolidate them? There are tons of articles on Wikipedia about fictional places and things that could be reduced to references in more general articles. There's no reason to destroy all of those articles. The specificity in this article would not be reproduced in a merged article with Time portal. It should be left alone. • Support -- It really only appears twice on screen; definitely not notable enough for its own article. -- Aatrek / TALK 16:10, 9 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree - I disagree with this merge target, perhaps it should be merged to the original episode? User:Abductive (talk) - 21:40, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Disagree- I came here looking for this specific information, and saved me an amount of time finding it as it is. This episode most certainly the most famous of all of the Star Trek TOS, and this level is detail is warranted. The problem is in order to merge it with something else it will inevitably be hatcheted down to a smaller size. Nodekeeper (talk) 02:05, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article has just been merged to the episode instead. As no content was lost I think all the above comments can be taken in support of the merger. – Fayenatic (talk) 09:49, 16 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
