Since this concerns the geography of Cuba, metric systems (with miles etc in parentheses) might be best. At any rate, a consistent formula would improve the article. "Cablelengths" as a measurement aren't very helpful to most readers: they better suit O'Brian's Aubrey-Maturin series of historical novels.--Wetman (talk) 16:14, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
