Multiple Issues Tag[edit]

In an effort to resolve the issues in the tag, I'm going to reformat and rewrite much of the information in this article. It doesn't seem that there is enough information to warrant the separate sections, so maybe we should hold off on that until we have a well developed and well written paragraph for each section. In the mean time, I'm going to condense it all into an introduction, written in a more appropriate style for an encyclopedia, albiet lacking in sources, since I don't have the time to track those down...
