Not military history

I have removed the WPMILHIST template. My reasoning is that al Saoub did not represent any recognized government, which in modern times at least is required for distinctly military activities. The analogy here is with the recent Irish Republican Army, which is included in Wikipedia in its Terrorism task force. PKKloeppel (talk) 20:18, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
