On what grounds was he released in 2008? Is there some provision for parole in ICTY sentences? How does it work and who assess fitness for parole? Twelve years from arrest from release, the post-trial part being spent in a Finnish prison, doesn't seem like a particularly harsh punishment for someone who has committed his crimes.
