Notability, take 2[edit]

Does not meet WP:SOLDIER as the highest level of command achieved was a brigade and was promoted to Generalmajor posthumously. Sig RS coverage not found link, with a endnote from Mitcham and nothing else showing up. No de.wiki article either, although an article on the family exists.
