the question "wozu Dichter ?" that is referred to as being asked by Heidegger (and that originated in a poem by Hölderlin) should not be translated : "what poet ?"
- i'm french, and not very fluent in german (nor am i in english)... but "wozu", as may be checked in any dictionary, does not mean "what", but "what for" - this heideggerian expression "wozu Dichter" had some relevance in french critic discussions, long ago, and it is translated "à quoi bon des poètes ?" in french - one acceptable translation in english is : "why poets ?" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:CB04:7B0:2A00:B40E:B378:3EF6:3887 (talk) 10:40, 13 May 2018 (UTC)
