Dialogue of Silvynne and Peregrynne?

Was Henry Chettle the H.C. who wrote the Dialogue of Silvynne and Peregrynne? I've read somewhere that he was, but this article doesn't say anything about his having been in Ireland. Can anybody confirm he is the author? 86.42.16.3 (talk) 02:37, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
