Where did he study?

- Heller studied "Rechts- und Staatswissenschaften" (i.e. law, specialising in public law) at the universities of Vienna, Innsbruck, Graz und Kiel, was promoviert (doctorate - subject not given) in 1915 at Graz and habilitated in Rechtsphilosophie, Staatslehre und Staatsrecht in 1920 at Kiel with a thesis Hegel und der national Machtstaatsgedanke in Deutschland (Hegel and the Idea of the National Power State in Germany): Stolleis, Michael, ed.
