Declined speedy

@SwisterTwister: I declined the speedy since FAMASFREENODE created this prior to their block, so it's not really a G5 candidate and so far we haven't been able to link the account to anyone that was blocked in the past, although offhand I do think that it's likely that this is the case. Whether or not it would pass notability guidelines for lists is debatable, so I'd suggest either PRODing this or taking it to AfD. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:04, 14 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
