I followed the spelling in Het Gulden Cabinet which means that a lot of the names do not have a page on Wikipedia with that spelling. I am gradually adapting the names to the spelling used on Wikipedia, so the links are correct. Those links which work already, are correct - Blakewiki (11 August 2010; 19:24 GMT+1)
Well done! I did the same on the Houbraken page, and I believe this is best, and then the next step is to make redirects for these to the correct page, since there is often no precisely agreed "exact spelling" for many of these people (i.e. Pieter Neefs is just as correct as Pieter Neeffs, etc). There are still artists's pages to be made, and these should be made under the spelling recognized by the proper authority in the country of birth (e.g. for the Netherlands, the RKD), and then have other spellings redirected to this page. This method increases "findability" across multi-lingual wikis, since most other languages depend on the spelling used in the original source (Gulden Cabinet).
