[edit]where did hiram georgia get the name from?
The antique shop in downtown Hiram has a bunch of info about Hiram. The info there said the name came from the first postmaster of Hiram whose name is Hiram. I was reading on the Paulding County page that Paulding County was named after John Paulding. I also noticed that John Paulding had a son named Hiram which seems a suspicious coincidence to me. There is also a bunch of other useful info in the antique shop including info about families of the area, the town burning down (I think it was in 1904), the Hiram Bank and some other interesting stuff.
