Expansion
[edit]- Hey, I've noticed this page is pretty thin in terms of content and references. I'm going to try to expand it with primary sources from Ho Chi Minh and The Vietnamese Communist Party.

Expansion Progress
[edit]- Hey. I've been looking at the Vietnamese wiki, and noting it's far more well organized, I'm going to attempt to adapt the categorical structure of Ideological Tenets to English wiki page. I've been reading through some key writings by Ho Chi Minh ranging from the 1920's to just before the end of his life in 1969, I'm noting the particular tone of Ho is very similar to that of Mao Zedong, regarding the concept of People's War which is nearly identical to Mao, and some thought resembling the Maoist concept of Mass Line and agrarian socialism. A key difference in their mutual implementations of Marxism are centered around their polarity regarding the Sino-Soviet split that occurred in the 1950's and early 60's.
Anyway, digression over, page expanded, do-do-do. 2600:6C40:7100:3DDD:D82D:CB11:F95C:B631 (talk) 05:52, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
Copy Editing / Ideology Section
[edit]I have cleaned up some of the inconsistencies in language and grammar, and I believe the copy edit warning can be removed.
The section on Ideology could still do with some work though. The translated list of bullet points is still not quite right stylistically. More importantly, this same section jumps from a 1950s quote from Ho Chin Minh, to discussion at the 2011 Congress. A more detailed article would go into more depth on how the ideology developed in the times innbetween that Xcia0069 (talk) 19:09, 6 March 2021 (UTC)
