Rollback of edit dated 7 February 2021[edit]

I have rolled-back (undone) this edit because:

the edit was performed by an anonymous user (logged address 49.180.135.144)
it was poorly worded and IMO did not belong as content (it should have been a note or Talk item)
it did not cite a valid source but instead used what appeared to be a personal "tag" (i.e. Rot214) resulting in the error "Cite error: The named reference Rot214 was invoked but never defined"

I have therefore reverted to the previous version dated 6 February 2021. I am quite happy if someone can confirm whether what I deleted was in fact correct, but IMO the text needs to be worded better and preferably any explanation written as a either a note or as a Talk item, citing a valid and reputable source.
