What on earth is a minor league stadium doing with 30,000 seats? That's not far off from a few big-league parks... Are the folks in Columbus thinking something grand? (they had better not be...) --Xyzzyva 01:35, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The figure has since been changed to 10,000, which is a bit low, in my opinion. ArcAngel (talk) 15:09, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This stadium's predecessor, Cooper Stadium was 11,000 + 4,000 overflow bleachers. I doubt they would build a smaller stadium in it's place. Also, Columbus is suffering the loss of a major concert venue with the loss of Germain Amphitheater (AKA Polaris Amphitheater). The Area District is touted as a major entertainment hot spot, most likely the owners were looking to host more than just baseball games. -Wouh (talk) 02:56, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
