Largest in the region

The article states that the facility is the largest in LA, but according to a National Geographic clip on YouTube, it's actually the largest such facility in the entire Left Coast. Which makes me wonder, is there a list of the top 10 largest sewage treatment plants, as well as their comparative statistics?
