Private station?
[edit]"Only employees that work within the compound are able to use this station." What exactly does this mean? Are non-employees barred from getting off the trains? Do they have to go through some sort of security gate before leaving the platform? Some clarification is needed here - it's obviously an unusual (unique?) situation. - Not unique as I beleive that Lympstone Commando is similarly restricted, since the platform can only be accessed via a restricted access site. --Stewart (talk | edits) 13:08, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
- I don't think it is officially a "private" station because it appears in the public timetables; however the current timetable (table 219) says "For authorised access to and from I.B.M. only". Table 136 does not have any similar note for Lympstone Commando. --Redrose64 (talk) 17:42, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
- Strangely there's nothing about it in the Scotrail timetable Dupont Circle (talk) 20:04, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
- Yes there is, pages 4, 6, 19-25. --Redrose64 (talk) 23:16, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
