project disabled[edit]

Dear Ian, My name is Cynthia Maurice, still married to Phil Maurice, I have just started to look back on my past employment and wondered what I could give back, to the people of gwent. During our time in retirement, Phil and I have been keenly watched the Welsh news, on the BBC WALES wherever we were in the world. I have been particularly, disapointed when the remploy factories were closed down. for whatever reason, in my opinion, there should be a responsibilty to the Gwent councils, to keep these people in employment.

My proposal is that, I would like to be employed, and given the oppurtunity, to start re- employing the people who were involved in remploy, but also to employ people, who for whatever reason, have found themselves, within the Help the Heros, family. They would be managers, of the remploy centers.

I would ideally be looking for empty factory units, in Gwent that we could rent, or given for free, for a specific time. A welsh office grant to provide good working space for disabled workers, and some modern, for them, to build make suitable products, to sell in the commercial market, the first being a service, to clean hospital beds,to deliver and maintain through contracts, for servicing etc at home or in the hospitals. Our son Anthony has more than 10 years of experience with specialised beds, having worked for Hillrom, the market leader, and Now Medstrom who service and look after the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan nhs beds, in hospitals or in the clients home,In your busy and active police work over the past years have you got the knowledge to help me and phil achieve this propersition to benefit the people of Gwent, regards Cynthia Maurice — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.13.104 (talk) 07:54, 22 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Amendments[edit]

Hello there. on the 5th December I made some amends to the page on Ian Johnston at the request of his family. This was purely factual information relating to his career. They have all been removed. Can I ask why so that I can inform the family please? 146.199.197.126 (talk) 14:53, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the history, the edits were removed because you did not include any reliable sources (WP:RELIABLE) for the information. ForsythiaJo (talk) 01:30, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
