  • The Article is about a National Level Organisation of India.
  • The officers of this service (on which the article is based) are appointed to the service by President of India himself (in present case: Pranab Mukherjee).
  • The Organisation is one of the largest land holder Organisations of the entire world (17.51 LAKH ACRES). It is the largest land holder in India.
  • The Officers serve at the pleasure of the President.
  • The service and its rules stem from the Constitution of India itself.
  • It is a brother service of "Indian Administrative Service", "Indian Police Service", "Indian Foreign Service", Indian Revenue Service", "Indian Defence Accounts Service" etc, on whom pages already exist on wikipedia.
  • I understand that a lot of editing is required in the article, but I request a little patience from the wikipedia team as this is my first ever article on wikipedia. I will in all probability complete editing and proper referencing in another 24 hours.

Kindly do not go through with the speedy deletion as I have all intentions to fulfill the requisites of wikipedia for article publishing in next 24 hours.

Thank You
