My edits
[edit]All of my edits have been constructive, I see no reason to remove them. The innishannon pitch is in fact called the "play pool" by the locals. The people need a article that show all aspects of my wonderful village not just the ones you want to show. Micheal o keefe (talk) 18:37, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- Hi. Please read WP:VER, WP:OR, WP:HIJACK and WP:BIT. In terms of the pitch, the existing text (about it sometimes being flooded) is supported by several verifiable refs. Like this one. Your proposed addition (about it being called the "play pool") is not supported by those or by other references. In terms of the population, the existing text (about the population increasing between 1991 and 2016) is supported by several reliable refs. Including the census numbers themselves and this summary. Your proposed addition (about what might happen in the future and unnamed people's unattributed opinions about "collapse into ruin at some point during our lifetime") is not supported by anything at all. And, as such, can only be read as uncited OR. Absent sources, the stuff about "42 car crashes a year" being "32 percent higher then any other village" can also only be read as OR. If you can provide refs for any of the above (including published statistics on road traffic incidents in Innishannon compared to every other village in West Cork), then please do. Otherwise, your edits are not constructive, not inline with guidelines, and there are several policy-based reasons to remove them. Guliolopez (talk) 20:42, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
