Iowa Band alternate group
[edit]The term "Iowa Band" is also used to refer to another group of ministers in the late 19th Century. This group, usually referred to as the Iowa Sisterhood, was led by Mary August Safford and consisted of several Unitarian ministers serving Iowa and other midwestern and western states.
