Created Article
[edit]I created this article, I will improve it over the next few days and add some cites. It may ultimately need splitting to cover the several different parties that existed at one point during the 18th century. McLintock 71 (talk) 16:15, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
Composition of Irish Parliament
[edit]The article states that "the Irish Parliament at the time was exclusively Anglican Protestant". However, Robert_Stewart,_1st_Marquess_of_Londonderry#Ascendant_peer says that he was a Presbyterian while an MP from 1771-83 and while a peer from 1789 until some point prior to 1795. I therefore propose to amend the article to read "the Irish Parliament at the time was exclusively Protestant". Alekksandr (talk) 12:00, 19 June 2022 (UTC)
