WP:MILHIST Assessment

I am giving this a B-class ranking on account of that I do not imagine much expansion can be done - if there is, please do expand. The article already includes a picture, an infobox, and the Medal of Honor citation, which are all pluses; though, I do not think the "early years" section adds much. Northwest Twin Cities rather than Northeast Twin Cities
