I have created a page for the Canadian Author James Fell. It seems this was attempted previously but deleted. I hope that this creation is adequate. I admit I have never encountered this before, so I hope I am doing things correctly. Please advise if I need to do anything more or differently. @JBW:Hippopotenuse72 (talk) 05:21, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've had a quick look at the article, and I didn't see any problem. It certainly doesn't have the problems that led to the deletions of earlier versions. JBW (talk) 12:14, 30 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
With regards to the notability tag, there are many reliable and notable sources used, including three articles published about Fell (not just interviewing him) in the Calgary Herald, one of Canada's major newspapers from a major city in Canada, an article in a long standing Canadian paper called the Kingston Whig-Standard, Canada Today, the L.A. Times, US Weekly, CBS News, Elle, Mother Jones, India Today etc. He has published multiple books and is considered, according to the sources, a best selling author. The article was also reviewed by several admins who did not tag it. I am a bit confused and am wondering what needs to be done to remove the tag. I look forward to your input.@Ssilvers:Hippopotenuse72 (talk) 18:30, 16 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Just added a citation, I'm going to remove the tag in the absence of opposition. There are significant independent sources from major media outlets over 12 years (Calgary Herald, Chatelaine, LATimes, CBC) and a bunch of mentions in others. Robincantin (talk) 04:20, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
