Per Criteria for notability I submit that James Shuart is notable for being a college president, being in receipt of recognized awards or honors (http://www.listnet.org/lisa_2001_about.cfm), for having demonstrable name recogniability (stadium named after him), and for being an elected official (http://www.listnet.org/lisa_2001_about.cfm). Date of birth?[edit]

Shuart is reported (in the linked news page) to have been 85 years old when he died in 2016. That means that either

His 85th birthday was in 2016 no later than the 13th of May (when he died),

in which case he was born in 1930; or

His 86th birthday would have been later in the year 2016, in which case he was born in 1929.
