Barker might not be her maiden name[edit]

I found a transcript of an interview of Muriel Box, in which she mentions Jean Barker as the wife of a George Barker. Her maiden name could be the same as her married name, but I looked on FreeBMD and couldn't find a Jean Barker born in Manchester in 1919.

"Muriel Box : Yes, I was wondering what it was like in films, so I went one day - I had to do something for them - I had my very good editor, she was a woman.

Alan ? : Who was that?

Muriel Box : Jean Barker, Barker's wife, George Barker's wife."

I'm not sure who George Barker was, as he's not mentioned elsewhere in the interview and I can't find any information on him.

@Skycloud86:, you're right. Barker was her married name. The birth name "Jean Margaret Barker" on IMDb is nonsense, but then I've come to trust nothing on that site!
