Hello there! So far the research presented is solid, however, more material could be added. Consider adding more about their relevance to Chicago as well. Also consider adding page titles and headers (can be found on the toolbar at the top) to paragraphs and organizing the article into sections such as early life, works, career, etc.; that way there will be a distinct flow within the article. Films as potential section[edit]

I would consider developing a section to discuss Elam's films in more depth, specifically the way they've been received critically. There, you could also indicate why films like Rape were important politically AND aesthetically. Also, you need to give a citation for the claim "Rape has been seen and applauded by many." Who constitutes "many"? This needs to be cited / substantiated. AmyDeer (talk) 13:40, 21 October 2015 (UTC) What does "Everyday life documentary film" mean? Can you clarify or point to a source here? The research is pretty good but there can be more. Talk about more works that JoAnn has done (what they're about, how they came about, etc.) Also, add some links to your words Take out "The School of the Art Institute" title as well (It's misleading)
