Wehlerschield?[edit]

@Hawkeye7: Could this be Wahlschied, present-day part of Heusweiler? Alternatively, Wellerscheid, which is part of Much, North Rhine-Westphalia, seems to be closer to the area where the 2nd Infantry Division was deployed.
