NRHP listing

[edit]

this article should be split as the arts center and the historic house are two different subjects and NRHP template usage is not appropriate to the arts center. Nyth63 23:51, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose this is how almost all NRHP historic places are done. It would be different if the basis of the art center wasn't the house and there wouldn't be much more to it. What does the art center have beside the house? Royalbroil 03:41, 27 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Three points. The house is only very small portion of the entire complex. Take a look at the satellite and streetview images. The arts center also involves activities and residencies at other locations. Two, the article is tiitled John Michael Kohler Arts Center and the NRHP listing is for just the house. Three, the article contains almost NO historic information about the house. I see this situation as little different than the two articles for the Sylvanus Wade House and the Wade House Historic Site. Nyth63 04:17, 27 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
