Genealogical research[edit]

I looked on FreeBMD for any birth records that might match Baldwin. I restricted my search to 1900-1910 as he was likely at least 18 in 1929. The only record for a Joseph Baldwin born in Blackburn (or at least registered in the district) was in 1902. If this is the right record, then Baldwin has long since passed.
