Capitalization of "prime minister"[edit]

"Prime minister" when referring to someone who served in that position in the past and when not followed by the name of that person should not be capitalized, per standard written English. User:Alifazal insists otherwise. What do others think? AfricaTanz (talk) 01:52, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
