Baroque period?

Padilla was a Renaissance-style composer. In the lede, the word "Baroque" links to Baroque music, which focuses on style more than period. Wouldn't it be more accurate to say he was a 17th-century Renaissance composer? Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:55, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'd agree with that. His harmonies are sometimes adventuresome for the Renaissance, but so were Victoria's. —Wahoofive (talk) 17:15, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
