Working from AfC information. Julia Jordan is an American television writer and playwright. She had a residence at Manhattan Theater Club, won the 1997 Francesca Primus Prize, worked at CNN as a copywriter, attended acting school at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater, was the first musical book writer to win a Jonathan Larson Award. Jordan has been commissioned by South Coast Rep, MTC, Primary Stages, GeVa, Cleveland Playhouse, won the Le Compte De Nouye Award for Playwriting in 1997, and Clear Channel Entertainment. Jordan graduated from The Juilliard School, and Barnard College (English literature) and received her masters from Trinity College in Dublin.
