– Move number 1 reason because there is Kanam (Kerala) - no primary topic. All the sources in Kanam in a Google search relate to Kanam (2022 film). DareshMohan (talk) 05:31, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Support. That place is pretty obviously not the primary topic, but the article's new title should use a comma-separated disambiguator (Kanam, Tamil Nadu) per WP:NCIND and the common practice for populated places in most of the world. Uanfala (talk) 21:07, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Support Oke Oka Jeevitham has 92,267 views and Kanam (Kerala) has 259 compared with 493[[1]] for this one. Even if "Oke Oka Jeevitham" isn't called "Kanam" much its unlikely this place is primary.
