This is Wikipedia and no one owns a page. Articles must contain encyclopedic content and be verifiable. Your addition ("Unfortunately due to lack of maintenance and care her hull will need almost complete replacement.") may be correct but it is not WP:DUE and would need a reference. If you have a specific issue concerning the article that you believe needs correction, please briefly explain here. Questions can be asked at WP:Teahouse. Also referring to it as a "floating office" is not encyclopedic and considering your editing on other articles such as HMAS Bass and James Craig (barque) where you added straight up nonsense to them (such as claiming its used for "laser tag"), it does come across as you being the vandal.
