Tales from an Olympic Gold Medalist

Ken was a keen cyclist when he lived in the Wrexham area ,i. was in the same cycling club ,we were seated next to one another he told me a story about when he was first in the Army ,the Major asked the whole intake if anyone was good at any sport ,as they would almost become pros in the Army teams in football,rugby or any sport Ken stood up and said he was a very good walker,to which the Major said well you will do a lot of walking in the Army Robertrees2 (talk) 12:06, 25 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
