[edit]

A lot of focus has been put on the presidential election. I think its important that the parliamentary elections process also be included.Kihiu 02:24, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You're absolutely right. I fixed the title (no plural) and moved the "general" article to "presidential", creating a short stub on the general election instead, as all of the content of the former article was on the presidential election, anyway. —Nightstallion 21:43, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Primaries"?

[edit]

This article uses the term "primary" to describe candidate selection. Is the selection by party members or by the wider electorate and is the term "primary" actually used in Kenya for it? Timrollpickering (talk) 15:45, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge with Presidential election.

[edit]

This was a general election, in that the presidential and parliamentary elections took place the same day. Charles Essie (talk) 00:07, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
