Railway Cup

[edit]

Should the Railway cup wins be in this? They count as wins for Munster, not Kerry, even if they were achieved with Kerry players only? Perhaps it should be mentioned in the text, but not listed with the honours?--Robotforaday 19:13, 30 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Management

[edit]

Should the Kerry management be taken off the Kerry football squad? They are no longer in management. Frainc 12:06 18 October 2006

Yeah and a note added to say their is currently no manager (Gnevin 23:07, 17 October 2006 (UTC))[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:KerryCrest.gif

[edit]

Image:KerryCrest.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Jack Barry anchor

[edit]

Jack Barry was wikilinked from 2019 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final to the Jack Barry disambiguation page. I didn't want to remove the wikilink, nor add to the red ink on an Article that is currently on our front page as an In The News item (although this might be a better long-term solution as it highlights the lack of an article, but that assumes he is notable enough to deserve his own article), so I've now changed the wikilink to Jack Barry (Gaelic footballer), added a line about it at the disambiguation page, and created it as a Redirect article which currently redirects to an anchor which I've added just above where he's described here. I'm not sure that's the ideal solution, tho it's quite likely to be good enough for now. If needed, the anchor can be moved to a different location, or removed entirely (in which case the link will just be to the start of the article). Other possible solutions are presumably also available. Tlhslobus (talk) 16:08, 18 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
