[edit]Whoever came up with the translation "Crossbar measuring" - it doesn't quite fit the meaning. "Lattenmessen" refers to the tendency of males to figure out their social rank by comparing the length of their (erect) genitals. ("Latte" being a German slang term for "hard-on")--84.63.79.84 (talk) 22:38, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there,
first of all, thanks for writing an english article about Kettcar. Please do not be offended, but I could not help noticing several mistakes. My english is not perfect either, perhaps you could have a native-speaker take a look at it? Here are three examples: "In June 2010, Frank Tirado-Rosales known that he is leaving..." could be changed into "In June 2010, Frank Tirado-Roslases announced that he was leaving..." or something similar.
" On 31 August 2008, she played at the Club Kampnagel a sunrise concert with acoustic versions of some of their titles...". Please show this sentence to someone who speaks english properly. A band is not female and the structure of the sentence is not correct.
"His successor, Christian Hake, already drummer at the Home of the Lame and Olli Schulz." Mmhh... where is the verb? This doesn't even make sense in German.
I hope that you can find the time and the ambition to improve this article. Die Idee ist gut, nur an der Umsetzung hapert es.
All the best from Germany.
