I've made the following additions based on the suggestions:

Put in a picture of Wilco from the A Ghost Is Born tour (the same tour that these concerts were performed).
Changed "very" to "generally" in the lead.
Put reference links on the Track Listings and Personnel sections.

As for the rest:

"Don't" is used during a direct quote, so it should stay as is.
The lead of an article is typically uncited. This is because any statements made in the lead are expected to be covered in the body of the article. The only cites in a lead are reserved for direct quotes or controversial statements.
There's no agreement as to where cites should go when using the cquote template. Most featured articles have the cite before the tempalte (see Wilco, Pixies, etc.).
I don't understand how the DVD sentence is contradictory. Both the lead and the body state that footage of the concerts was filmed but never released.
